You’ll be responsible for:
Leading and motivating the floor team
Ensuring smooth daily service and top-tier guest care
Managing table turns, pacing, and flow
Communicating with the kitchen and bar
Training new hires and supporting staff development
Maintaining cleanliness, compliance, and safety standards
We’re looking for:
2+ years of management or supervisory experience
Leadership with heart (and a sense of humor)
Availability nights/weekends
A strong sense of hospitality and professionalism
